The Art of Esoteric Living is dedicated to promoting Peak experiences. I first discovered the practical value of esoteric living when I was 12 years old. I believe everyone has a Peak experience at least once in their life whether they realise it or not. I believe Peak experience can be an everyday phenomenon; it is a process of remaining untamed, untrained and unbroken.

Bob Beamon set a new world record in the long jump by almost 2 feet. It is one of the most enduring examples of how limits can be overcome. He never got close to that world record again, but neither did anyone else for over 20 years. In the last 40 years only one other athlete has broken that record.
